Where to spend your Chiswick pounds this Christmas

Want to spend your Chiswick pounds in Chiswick? Here’s a road by road list, compiled by the three councillors of the Chiswick Shops Task Force, of all the independent shops where you can find gifts and treats for stockings, presents and the food and drink on your table.

It’s a fact that many of us walk along regular routes and don’t necessarily see what we are passing or know what’s beyond those usual routes. There is so much to notice – and so much to be missed when walking determinedly from A to B in a rush. Meanwhile, there isn’t much you can’t buy in Chiswick – especially when Christmas present buying is the focus.

Even non-gift shops have excellent stuff including but not only for stocking fillers (if you do that in your household) eg our two butchers and fishmonger have great sauces; fruit and veg shops/stalls have treats such as Medjool dates, sauces, foodie jars/packets; hairdressers and spas sell organic/natural and aromatherapy products; our pharmacies also sell quality soaps, shower gels, and more. And on your way are all our wonderful independent bars/cafes/restaurants where you can have a break.

Here’s a very long list, road by road and in alphabetical order. There’s not much you can’t buy here!
